Product Conformation

Our fire-resistant aluminum composite panel is made of fireproof plastic core with two layers of aluminum sheets. It is one kind of new decorative material. Thanks to the fireproof elements we add, its fireproof feature can reach Class B1 grade with the test of GB8624, which means it is hard to be fired. It is green material, as there is no harmful gas  is produced during burning.

Thickness: 3-6mm; 3mm is recommended;
Width: 1000-2000mm; 1220mm, 1250mm and 1500mm are recommended;
Length: Maximum is up to 5800mm, 2440mm,3050mm and 4050mm are recommended.
Thickness of aluminum sheet: 0.2-0.5mm

A Level composite (sandwich) Conduct the test as per GB/T8625, the average residual length of the groups of test pieces is ≤35cm with the residual length of every test pieces >20cm). the average gas thermal spike of every test is ≤125℃, no burning behavior on the back of the test pieces.
Conduct the test as per GB/8627, the gas density grade (SDR)is ≤15.
Conduct the test as per GB/T14002 and GB/T14403, the material clorific value of which is ≤4.2MJ/kg, and the heat release of the test pieces on unit area is ≤16.8MJ/m2;
The non-lethal thickness of the gas toxicity by the burning of material is ≥25mg/L.

Conduct the test as per GB/T8626, the burning performance of which should be the standard specified in GB/T8626. phenomenon of ignition of the filter paper by burning drops.
Conduct the test as per GB/T8625, the average residual length of the groups of the test pieces is ≥15cm (the residual length of each of the test pieces should be >0cm)
